Under the ultimate headship of Jesus Christ, our leaders serve as faithful shepherds dedicated to guiding, protecting, and spiritually nurturing the local congregation. Following the New Testament pattern, they lead through humble servant-hearted care and biblical teaching, equipping every member to grow in faith and do the work of ministry.
